Engagement with StackDot for services will be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“SOW”) that outlines the scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities of both parties. In case of conflict between the SOW and these Terms, the SOW shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Pricing

All fees are outlined in the applicable SOW or quote provided by StackDot. Prices may be subject to change upon written notice for ongoing services.

5.2 Payment Terms

Invoices are due within the number of days specified in the SOW or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies are defined in the individual SOW. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of engagement. StackDot will not disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackDot, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services or website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, all outstanding payments owed shall become due, and we may suspend or cease providing services immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
